「Loved staying at the beach cottage. Beautiful neighborhood, great grocery store around the corner, a block from the ocean. Definitely coming back」

「A lovely bungalow, well appointed and quiet. We visited in Feb and found easy parking. Beds were awesome and this home is very comfortable. 」

「Early Valentine's weekend away from the kids! We enjoyed the space and took a Short drive and had lunch in Monterey! Also enjoyed local restaurants Lillians and paradise grille! Maybe we'll bring the kids next time perfect weekend beach house short walk from one of the best local beaches.」

「My wife and I had a great extended weekend at Captain Javas Cottage. The location is very close to the beach on a route frequented by many folks walking or riding bicycles. Very short drive to downtown Morro Bay or Cayucos. Cottage is stocked with all the necessities and the hosts are friendly and responsive. Definitely on the ‘would stay there again’ list!」

「Funky little place, but clean and spacious. Nice big tv, and a WONDERFUL King sized bed. We were exhausted on arrival, slept like babies for 11 hours. As cheap as you're going to find around here, and each room is a separate little cottage, so it was Very Quiet.」

「We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!」

「T & E provided a wonderful home so that I could totally relax and get some work done during my two week stay. The entire home is comfortable and easy to relax in. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Beds have the perfect level of comfort. Everything worked well in the bathrooms. I will definitely stay again and again!」

「We have stayed in several rentals, and this one was better furnished than any. It was very comfortable and clean. The host checked in to make sure everything was right, and it was. Beds were great, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. The only complaint I had was the bbq. It was a Coleman portable and needs to be replaced, although I made it work. I still give this place 5 stars and would give it 6 if possible.」
