「We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!」

「We absolutely loved our stay! It was an incredible getaway. The house was exceptional, clean and quaint and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spa like shower excellent! 「I will keep this very short. Awesome location for the area. Great communication with the owner at anytime before and during the stay. Really nice, comfy cottage. Perfect for two and would be very comfortable and just right for up to four people. Very dog friendly. 」

The check in/checkout process was easy and uneventful. All appliances were modern and in perfect working order and we loved the W/D set up. Great parking with wonderful privacy. 「Very nice cottage, well decorated and thought out! 」

「Quiet location in the country with peek views of ocean. Close to town. Be aware that T-Mobile has no coverage except when you are out in front of the cottage.」

「Have to say this was a much need family get-a-way we all needed and it was perfect! The house was ADORABLE. We played cards, walked to the ocean, crows nest, coffee shops, small grocery store and just enjoyed everything about it! Owner was super responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. We would love to find time to go again!! 」

「My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. Very short walk down the lane to the beach. People were so friendly and it felt safe. This location was close to my Ventura family. Little scary for us when the fires started in Ventura but there was a quick response to put them out.Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. LOVED the candy jar-we love Smartees.We could have walked to a few stores but didn’t need to. I do recommend this property. 」

「Beautiful yard, beautiful furnishings. Everything was clearly marked and easy to use. They had everything we needed. Basement inlaw suite was wanted by all and we had to negotiate. The fridge was huge but like the microwave, was too high for much of my family, (4 of us are under 5'2"). They even had a few board games and puzzles. Was a little disappointed the puzzle we tried was missing pieces, but it is understandable.」
