「Great place, quiet despite being close to two businesses. Could not ask for a better location for Boothbay Harbor exploration. Well appointed, cozy and clean. Bathroom and kitchen could use an upgrade. Nothing technically wrong, very clean, just old.」

「We had 6 adults traveling from out of state for a wedding in an unfamiliar area. The recommended hotels were 30+ minutes away, so we opted for this rental instead which was minutes away. 「First, this property was sooo clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and they even provided extra blankets in the closets! The kitchen has lots of amenities if you are staying awhile and cooking. The apartment gets great lighting, there’s no noisy neighbors and the heater is amazing! 「It’s the small touches and fulfillment of preferences that make a good rental experience, and this one missed the mark for us. The bathroom featured a leaky shower stall, paper thin towels, and the toilet was not the cleanest. The Keurig was moldy and we cleaned it, but then thought better of it and went out to get coffee instead. 」
