「So much nicer than any hotel! All the comforts of a home-away-from-home, with tons of thoughtful amenities to ensure we had an easy transition while we traveled (beverages, little snacks, toiletries, an iron and steamer, etc.). Our hosts were attentive and informative without being intrusive. A convenient 15 minutes from my stepdaughter, who we were visiting. We hope to return!」

「The first thing I noticed when I entered the property gates was the intoxicating scent of blooming orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. My unit was well equipped, clean and very cute. We had iced tea on the patio by the pool, and did a BBQ on the poolside grill, with little Nipster begging for scraps. The price was right, and I'd recommend the VRBO.」

「The owners were very friendly, the place was clean and a bit bigger than the pictures. You do have to heat the hot tub before you go in, it took about 20 min and there is a 200 per day charge if you want the pool heated. No oven and the bbq didn’t work when we stayed, the dog was barking a bit, but the owner did seem very nice and helpful.」

「My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was just what we needed to recharge! The casita is exactly as pictured, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect. You’re 10 minutes from everywhere, but when you’re sitting by the pool it’s like you’re in your own private oasis! Definitely a great place to stay. 」

「Buddy and I stayed at the casita and it was very nice, close to the event (without being too close) in a really nice neighborhood. Beds were comfy and sheets were soft. Even had shampoo/conditioner and body wash with plenty of towels. Definitely would stay again in the future. 」

「Booked this for band members who played at the annual bluegrass roundup at the Apache Junction Rodeo grounds. Band made sure to communicate with me how wonderful it was and how spoiled they felt! Will be booking this for next years festival!」

「We spent a week in March mountain biking from Terri’s place and plan to do it again. We could ride our bikes from the patio to the trail head of both Brown’s Ranch and McDowell Mountain parks, no need to load bikes or drive. For stores and restaurants, there is a 20 minute drive but the clean, comfy guest house, and recreation convenience is well worth it! Thanks Terri, we’ll be back!」
