「I just needed a night in the city and a bed and this worked. The sensor to get to the lockbox doesn't always react, but it was fine otherwise. Not far from a train station either. Really clean and met my simple needs. 」

「Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own...

「The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but an easy 15 minute walk. Great restaurants very close. The host provided excellent check in information, with videos for the shower and stiff key. I would echo all of the positives listed by others. I always appreciate hosts who are thoughtful to leave a few amenities, coffee, sugar, etc. though this place had only what was left behind from a previous person who stayed there.」

「Really good location & access to public transit. Great place to stay with a large group - It was clean, kitchen & living room were great, and came in handy once we put kids down. Not great outdoor space, but that’s okay because we spent most our time visiting the city. Host communicated well, checkin / checkout was easy.」

「Great unit in Jersey City minutes from Liberty State Park & convenient to get into NYC. I was traveling with my six-year-old taking him to the Big Apple for the first time. It was a cold week in New York so we were grateful for having a comfortable home to seek refuge and hang out. Didn't see as many site as I had planned, but he had a great time. Thank you.」

「This apartment is even better than the listings and pictures suggest. It’s a ground floor apartment that runs the entire depth of the building from the Street to the back. There’s a private outdoor space in back. Nice appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The linens are also very nice. And the location is terrific too, lots of stores and restaurants close by.」

「We had a lovely stay with everything we could possibly need available and handy. Affordable public transportation is easily accessed from this Hamilton Heights hideaway. The weather was a bit too chilly and windy to use the backyard patio, but we look forward to returning to this same rental during warmer weather. A GEM!! but」

「前回とても快適だったので、今回２回目の宿泊でした。フロントやベルボーイなどの方々は皆さん常に笑顔で対応していただき親切で本当に居心地が良いホテルです。お部屋の掃除もよくしていただき気分良く過ごせました。場所も完璧、少し古い建物のようですが、ホテル自体が大きすぎないので、ロビー部屋間の移動が楽なので助かります。次回もまた泊まりたいと思います。」
