「I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. 「This unit was in the perfect location. A little less than a mile from the village which we walked every day. Close to free ride services as well! The best was that is was right across from the beach and the unit had beach towels, 2 chairs and a cooler. The towels were a bit scratchy which was no good for the sunburn we got early into the trip - but they did the job! The unit was really everything we needed for a whole week. I would recommend they add a small garbage to the bathroom and a body...

「clean, everything you need. Didnt realize it was 2nd floor, parking on listed site was impossible to use. owner found another site a block away we were assigned next to dumpster. someone was parking next to the entry way dumpster. Nearly impossible to navigate if you have anything later than small vehicle. shared laundry room where you are to leave towels and linens in before departure. the problem is that not good process to move laundry. Both washer and dryers fulll of linens no one attended...

「Annette's place is lovely and you couldn't ask for a closer beach location - right out the door! While there is still some hurricane damage to the landscaping, it just brought the beach even closer to the unit! There were always beach chairs and umbrellas available and the beach was not at all crowded. 「Hurricane Helene came before we did, so we are glad we stayed above carport. The AC was wonderful due to high humidity but they need to also run a dehumidifier in the apartment because all our clothes smelled musty. Kitchen was nice to have. Bed was fine. Shower was strong and clean. Extra blankets could have been cleaner. 」

「This place was exactly as described. Cute little cottage with an ocean view. We loved waking up to hearing the ocean and watching the dolphins pass through every day. Beach is loaded with beautiful shells. We had a maintenance issue but the owner was extremely helpful had it taken care immediately 」
