「I absolutely loved staying at Sarah's cottage! It perfectly embodies quintessential coastal Maine style, with gorgeous views, breathtaking sunsets, and the beach right across the street. You can even hear the soothing sound of the ocean at night! I had never been to Biddeford Pool before, and I’m so happy I found this listing. I fell in love with both the town and this charming home. Sarah was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. I definitely plan on returning!」

「Pine Point Beach is a beautiful beach and the location of the house was very convenient and worked well for our family. The outdoor space at the home could use some updating and additional seating. The lack of dressers and space to put clothing was a challenge for our family. 」

「very nice!」

「Dating from 1918, vacationing in this cottage was a quiet visual delight. The view from the front porch, overlooking the evergreen trees and blueberry bushes, out to the ever-changing ocean will stay in my mind throughout the year. The house itself is much the way it has always been, simple, rustic and quiet; off the beaten path, a retreat with few conveniences, a great place to look and contemplate, to read and draw. For us, it was perfect.」

「My family and I can't say enough about this property. It was wonderful. Pictures can't possibly capture the incredible views or the wonderful accommodations. All three spacious bedrooms had direct ocean views. 「Overall, the stay was great. The lower-level suite was a bit noisy, as we were at ground level; however, I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for full amenities and a short commute to everything in downtown Portland. 」
