「It’s perfectly located for day trips, right next to an amazing pub with great food and good beer. The owners are friendly, helpful and informative. It has all the amenities that you need for an extended stay. The WiFi is great, it has a nice kitchen, a good sized comfortable bed, wading machine, access to a dryer. It was a great to relax between day trips and we had a fabulous vacation. We would definitely visit Una and Pat again!」

「Una and Pat are great hosts. The lodging was absolutely wonderful. The village was quiet and peaceful and Tom enjoyed talking with the locals. Dinner at Weirs Pub and Restaurant was delightful. If we ever come back to Ireland, we would definitely make this a stop on our itinerary and stay longer next time! 」

「Lovely character cottage and lovely host. We didn't get any check-in instructions but our host popped out to greet us when we arrived (late) and showed us quickly around so it was no problem. Very well equipped which made for a relaxed stay.」

「Nice place with a lovely view but takes too long to get to a main road 20minuets on small bumpy country roads in a larger than normal car was not a great experience there where lots to see and do close by Carrick on Shannon was not far away neither was Lough Key which has lots to do for the whole family but mostly only during the holiday season.」

「We loved the ruralness of the property but also the close proxmity to Roosky for shops and local bars. The property itself was very clean and well presented with everything provided that we could possibly need or want.We felt conpletely at home. The cottage was very homely. Although not in the description I read, there was an air fryer provided which we did try and found useful (we do not have one at home).
