「5 star! Stayed for a week at Gardenside and happy to say it was all brand new and so luxurious. 「We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day.」

「This is a truely special place to stay , nestled in the hill too if Carbis bay it boasts a FANTASTIC view of the sea from every bedroom. The access to the beach is only a 5 min walk but a very steep one so good shoes recommended ! The house was well appointed although I do recommend doing a food shop before you arrive as once you arrive you won’t want to leave !! We all enjoyed our stay , thankyou 」

「We had a lovely stay in the property. We were warmly welcomed by the property owners and the house was a great size for our holiday base with all the necessary amenities. The kids liked seeing the chickens and horses each day and we liked the peace and quiet at night. It’s only a short walk to carbis bay but certainly better walking down than back up the hill. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend.」

「This property is 10 out of 10. Very well presented. Clean and bright. Perfectly well equipped with all that was required for a weeks holiday. Perfectly situated, we only went out in the car once. Public transport (trains and buses) only a 5 minute walk away. Will recommend to friends and family. Would easily return. It’s a little gem.」

「Matk was very accommodating so thank you. Lovely spot right next to the beach. Yes the steps was a challenge by myself and dogs but was well worth it just for the view.Not able to park on the drive as the Car wouldn’t get up the drive due to luggage in thr boot. Parked in a nearby car parkProperty had everything I needed and was very cleanI did highlight to Mark about the oil tank outside producing fumes but haven’t had a response. 「The cottage is a short walk from the various beaches and shops of St Ives, so perfect for a short break in the town. The cottage is well equip and it's amazing how everything is fitting into the place.The only negative side is the lack of parking and having to stop on a double yellow to load/unload. It took us about an hour to find a parking space when we arrived, so plan ahead!」

「Loved the location. Beach and cliff walks right on your doorstep. Had everything I needed. Kettle was a bit hit and miss and the sky had no signal however that didn’t ruin my stay. As expected with a holiday rental a lot of wear and tare through disregard from previous guests. Very warm place with fabulous views of the countryside and beach below.
