「Perfekt Location. Perfekt Apartment. We Loved it.」

「Appartment was even better then advertises. Fully equiped kitchen with a small and a big fridge (with many pans, coffee cubs and more then 20 plates and 12 wineglasses for example). Supermarked in Villa Verde was less then a 5 minute walk. Also you could have diner in any restaurant after making a reservation. No need to setup an account. Just pay with debit card. Restaurant are not expensive (12€ for a steak).」

「Fint ophold. Der var lige lidt mangler ved ankomst men vi kontaktede udlejer og han kom inden for en time og fixede det hele. Selve resortet er super lækkert og smukt. Man bor nede i "bunden" væk fra stranden så man får hurtigt gået sine 10.000 skridt hvis man tøffer lidt rundt på hotellet. Vi har ikke været særlig begejstrede for selve resort-personalet i receptionen - de var svære at kommunikerer med. Men overall virkelig fint til prisen. Dejlig destination!」

「Enjoyed it really much - nice reliable contract around stay - pick up organized - great infos on area and places around. Perfectly located closed to beach, diving school and town center. Magnificent view on beach and ocean.」

「A reserva estava confirmada pela vrbo mas não pelo. Administrador da propriedade o que. Nós fez algum incómodo em localizar a propriedade assim como nos tinha que receber」

「We were met at the airport and taken to our apartment. Really nice and airy, nicely decorated with good shower and comfortable bed and all the things you need to self cater. Brilliant double glazed window tilted so could be left open all day but when closed blocked out any noise. Right next to beach and with a nice garden with parasol to sit out in. Fruit/veg sellers came to just outside the apartment every morning and there is a brilliant bakery 10 minutes away and a stunning juice/snack...

「This condo was comfortable and quiet. The ocean front and view of Mindelo was beautiful in the evening. The ocean facing balcony can be windy but the remaining side balcony was perfect. Condo maintains the basic essentials. Genilda was very helpful and always arranged a taxi for us when necessary and was always there. Genilda arranged a taxi at the airport arrival and departure. Building reception was very helpful as well. Taxi ride to Mindelo center is only 10 min ride or less.」

「Perfect location. The apartment is in a secure conplex overlooking the pool and ocean.The top floor meant a great view and sun all day on the terrace. Plenty of space for two of us.A comfortable bed and lots of storage space.Yes you could hear the town in the evenings. The only night sleep was difficult was NYE. That would have been the case anywhere in Santa Maria!Good communication with Bob, the management company not so easy.A great trip - thank you!」

「We’ve spent 4 nights in the Tropical Resort. Everything was perfect. The apartment very clean and equipped with everything. The resort it’s 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the center, giving a peaceful and quiet environment. We’ve had some arrival and departure problems and Roger and Philip did everything to help us. I recommend a 100% this resort.」
