This home is not pet friendly. There is an automatic charge of $250 if an undeclared pet is found in the rental.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
