「Overall the place is beautiful clean and well located in a more quiet area which was perfect . The room is beautiful and spacious, they offer snacks coffee , full kitchen and beautiful garden in the back . Make sure you take a water taxi to get to the property. Waking from the parking area is a good 15 mins walk and with luggage makes it hard , also make sure you pay the fees before arriving , they wouldn’t give us the code of the door unless it was done but they send it a day before ( my fault...

「This is a beautiful, historic apartment, very clean, safe, and very close to the Venice train station. Very quiet location with plenty of room with two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, large kitchen, and a huge living area with a comfy couch that fit the whole family. It's about a 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square and it's fun to wind your way through Venice on the way. At the end of the day it's an easy water taxi back (water taxi drop off is 3 minutes away). 「Our stay was amazing. Sebastiano met us when we arrived and gave us helpful tips. The apartment was amazing. Great view and even had heated floors. Everything we needed was there. Met our expectations and then some! I chose this place bc out of all the reviews it was 10/10 and I will agree…10/10 for us!!!」

「We had a lovely stay. We could see the New Year's fireworks right from the apartment window. 」

「This property is delightful. The location is central to everything, walkable to every part of the city. There are two separate bedroom/bathroom suites, which was perfect for two couples, and a spacious living area. It is sparkling clean and outfitted with everything one could possibly need. The hosts had someone meet us at every point and gave us all the information we needed.Thanks for a great week in Venice!」
