「Very clean and spacious. Very quiet, away from crowded noise but walkable in all important places to visit and dining. Easy to communicate with owner. This was the last leg of our trip and the owner made everything easy for us. 」

「We loved our stay. It was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The apartment was very clean. We loved the location…easy walks to Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal, St. Mark’s Square, etc. The rooftop terrace was perfect for morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. There were many restaurants/shops very close to the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Venice.」

「You are walking distance to just about everything including good restaurants. The apartment is located on the first floor and it can get a little loud on the weekends because a lot of people are walking by but that didn’t bother us. There was WiFi but our devices would not connect stating low security as the reason. The hot and cold water in the shower is tricky to figure out and changes while showering so be careful with young children. Overall it fit our needs and the location is what we were...

「Brankica was very fast to respond with check in instructions and directions. Victoria was very welcoming upon check in and helped us locate the front door. The property is an easy climb up 2-3 flights of steps which provides nice morning sun and quiet all times of day. The fun cow print and artwork provided lots of character. 「The apartment has been renovated and is very comfortable and is kept clean. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Had trouble finding it in the dark, so suggest getting there during daylight hours. The Venetians that we encountered were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with directions. There is easy access to vaporetto stops and there are some restaurants and a bakery nearby. Not far from a grocery store also. We had a nice vacation there.」
