「予約時に毎日のハウスキーピング旨記載があったものの、5泊中、一度も掃除が行われた形跡なく、タオル類の交換もなかった(バスタブにわかるようにまとめておいたものが、帰ってきてもそのまま。バスタブも掃除がされていないことが明白)。また、朝晩は1桁前半台にまで気温が下がるのにもかかわらず、エアコンは10月まで夏季期間で使用不可となっていて、とにかく寒かった。アナザーブランケットが部屋に常備との記載にもかかわらず、それも用意されていなかった。滞在中にちょくちょくクレームをいれていたが最後まで改善されず、チェックアウト時にも何の謝罪もなし。毎日戻ってきてから、自分でタオル類を洗濯、部屋の掃除をするはめに。ファシリティはそこそこだが、サービスは最悪と言わざるを得ない。滞在者にはたくさんのルールを強いる一方、ホテルとして料金にインクルードされているなすべきサービスが全くされていない。キャンモアの滞在は、このホテルを除けば全て最高だったため、ホテルの対応が残念でならない。キャンモア...

「I would highly recommend this property! It was right in the heart of canmore with so many restaurants, shops and transportation within a walking distance. This property was in THE perfect location to explore. The suite itself was so spacious, clean and verg comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! 」

「The location is far from the center of town, so transportation is required. The free shuttle bus stop is right in front of the lodge, so it seems convenient for those who use it. This time, the room was in a secluded location, so the view outside was disappointing, but on the contrary, it was quiet away from the main street.
