First room was despicable, bathroom peeled off and very dirty, mirror corroded, dirt marks in the room, very uncomfortable bed (way too old) After complain through Expedia and front desk, they changed the room, this room was WAY better, they tried very hard to make it up (which I’m very happy for it), they brought a courtesy sparkling wine and snacks. Appreciate their effort to make our stay the best they could
Although 2 elevators were not working (out of 4) which was inconvenient, and additional food was denied in one restaurant (as the steps are just those, so I leave hungry)… pretty bad. But overall after the change was good
