Positives: - well located in downtown area for easy access to ADO bus station on foot - free breakfast with some fruit and cereal variety Negatives: - AC unit was directly in front of the bed, which made sleeping feel very uncomfortable. - hard and uncomfortable mattress which didn't make for a good night's sleep - water was lukewarm and shower pressure was poor Overall rating, 2 out of 5 This place is ok to stay for one night if you're departing Cancun and need to be nearer the bus station, but the bed wasn't good to rest or sleep on. If you arrive early for check in do make sure to check how comfortable the bed is, otherwise request a change of room or find another hotel

Very good location. Close to the bus station and city transportation . All the staff are excellent especially the house keeper lady she’s doing her work properly. Very clean hotel with all comfortable amenities and services . The only proposal is the give a special offer for clients who are staying there if they have guests or visitors.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adhara Express in Cancun, and it was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things that really stood out to us was the family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel had a welcoming vibe, and we felt completely at ease with our children. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service that kept everything fresh and tidy. We also appreciated the little touches, like the readily available warm water, which was perfect for making tea and coffee in the mornings. The included food options were another highlight of our stay. The meals were delicious and varied, offering a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries at breakfast! Adhara Express's location was ideal for us. It provided easy access to all the main attractions, while also being conveniently close to the vibrant Las Palapas Park. We loved exploring the park in the evenings, soaking up the lively atmosphere and enjoying delicious, budget-friendly meals from the local vendors. It was a fantastic way to experience the true spirit of Mexico!

Hôtel très propre, options consistantes de déjeuner, possibilité de se rafraîchir dans la piscine, à proximité du parc Las Palapas, de restaurants intéressants et du terminal d'autobus. Malheureusement, on nous avait donné une belle chambre spacieuse mais qui donnait sur la rue et le bruit de la circulation a été intense toute la nuit. Heureusement, quand j'ai demandé à changer pour une chambre qui donnait côté cour, on nous a tout de suite transférés et nous avons pu dormir en toute tranquillité la nuit suivante.

Not a bad place for value for buck, but I felt like I was being played. No refrigerator, had to get ice from the security which was nice. Breakfast was okay with selection, but the only part I enjoyed was the fresh fruits. As for the water in the room, I am convinced they just reuse bottles because it did not have sound when you broke the seal. So I didn’t use it. As for that the staff was helpful and no complaints there. Oh and one last thing, there was water around the toilet which seemed to have a leak. The location for me as man was convenient and I love to walk. So the closest beach was along a nice walk about 2.5 miles away according to my garmin watch. It was an overall beautiful walk, but just the smell at the hotel did it in for me.
