「Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place.」

「Location is fantastic. Host was very accessible. Unit looked like the pictures and was very clean. There was rain and the parking area flooded a bit and it was difficult to access the entry. This is our second stay at Cocoloba and we will be coming back again. 」

「The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. There is a lingering mildew smell in the air, and when you open the kitchen drawers and cabinets the smell is very heavy and you can actually see the fungus growing inside of the...

「Great communication with host. The house does need some upkeep. Not enough plates for our party of 9 to eat dinner. 2 of the oven burners did not work. The A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Lack of hot water in one bathroom and the kitchen. One of the pool tiles was loose and when my son stepped on it he fell into the deep end of the pool. House has good bones, but needs a lot of upkeep. The gate to the beach is barely holding on. 」
