"After booking a major hotel in the area and leaving after ten minutes I fell upon this gem. Right on the sea front so walkable to everything. Staff were great, shower really good and the hotel very clean. Small coffee/ tea self service in reception and a few breakfast pastries. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again "

"Great hotel, very friendly staff. Room clean and spacious. Outside was cold but the room was a bit too warm, we couldn’t turn the temperature down beyond 21 degrees. There was a window to cool the room. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Car parking in the shopping centre was cheap and easy and you can checkout of the room and leave your car all day at no extra charge."

"Lovely hotel, spotless clean and 2 min walk to the centre. Unlimited brunch was fab so much choice only downside was there was no butter available for toast or bread rolls. Approx 10.min walk to the beach down loads of steps of there is a lift which costs 50 cent each way "

"The hotel is fantastic, the staff was so friendly, the food spread was delicious and variable. The breakfast was my favourite, fresh guacamole, amongst other things, was the best way to start the day! For those wanting to travel by bus there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre. There is also a QR code listed at the stop which tells in how many minutes the bus will arrive at the stop, this is extremely handy for planning the departure time...

"We had the private room for 4 people, it was great although had no storage or hooks and was also tiny for 3 people. Cleanliness was good other than a pile of old hair in the shower. Also be warned that the bunk beds are hard to get into as the steps are very steep. Location is perfect, so close to everything but the hostel was still super quiet at night so this didn’t affect sleep. Overall a modern, attractive place to stay and great value for money "

"Beautifully situated in Antequera, stunning views from the rooftop terrace (which we only discovered on the last night!) We did pay for a parking space that didn't exist (it was full and we had to squeeze the Aygo in a bike space most nights) which wasn't ideal. Units are much smaller than they appear in the photos but are new and clean. Shower was great! Staff were really easy to communicate with via the Whatsapp channel to answer any queries. "Enjoyed a nice quiet family week here in August. Pool area was great for the kids. House location was quiet and Alora town a few minutes away in the car for coffee/meals and a good supermarket. Despite the August heat, the house stayed relatively cool inside and aircon in the rooms etc."

"If you’re hiking the Caminito Del Rey, or not this hotel is outstanding. I was amazed at how nice this place is for where it’s located. Staff was awesome, as was our room, and the food was excellent. We had an 8:50 start for the Caminito and the bus was right out in front of the hotel to deliver us to the start. And the end of the trail is just a short distance from the hotel. Parking was easy with many covered spots, and not super tight like most places. I highly recommend."
