「Great place to stay with convenient access to the 401. Their complimentary breakfast is far above what one would expect at this price point. The pool area can get a little hectic because this is a family friendly hotel. My only suggestion is that they enforce the rule regarding the minimum age for hot tub use. Maybe informing families upon check-in about the house rules would make that area more enjoyable. 」

「環境に配慮して、タオルの交換や紙コップの補充を含めたお部屋の掃除は４日に一度しか入りませんが、お願いすればやってくれるのがありがたかったです。 個人的には必要だったのは紙コップとコーヒーの補充、ゴミ箱、タオルの交換くらいだったので、フォームなどにチェックを入れて選べるといいなと思いました。」

「Very easy checkin with the app/key. Nice large apartment. 」

「The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked...
