Walkout Basement Suite with Private Hot Tub

Welcome to this bright and beautiful walk-out suite. This basement suite is walkable to some of Sunset's most beautiful pathways and ponds. With less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Cochrane, a 20 minute drive to Calgary, and an hour's drive to the Rocky Mountains, this is a prime location to visit some of Alberta's most popular attractions.
Gravel pathway down side of house to private entrance around the back of lower level. Enter through bamboo slider to private hot tub area where back door is located.
This one bedroom suite features blackout blinds in bedroom and a plush king-size bed, a beautiful tile shower, and a living room area with TV , fireplace and kitchenette. If you're looking for a romantic getaway for two or a private and comfortable stay for one, this suite has everything you need.

Stay in Cochrane
Great stay in Cochrane. Short drive to numerous restaurants/bars. Easy drive to Calgary. About 1.5 hour to Banff. Host was very responsive. Basement unit with private entry/check in Kitchen had the essentials. Private laundry area was great. Only downside is you can hear the upstairs movement, though this was easily covered up with a fan on at night. Would stay here again or recommend to others!

Our stay was great here, we had complete privacy and quiet but we were quickly accommodating when asking for requests (more coffee, hygiene products, ect.). The use of the hot tub was wonderful and the space was clean and thoughtfully set up. We would definetly stay here again.

This was an ideal place for us. It was quiet, clean, and modern space. It fit our needs perfectly for our trip. Loved the private hot tub. It was a perfect way to cap a long drive. I would definitely consider this place again especially as a place to study.

Quiet and Private
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Delynn was great to communicate with when we needed her but we had our own space. Clean and quiet. Everything worked and the hot tub was great! Only challenge is that there’s isnt an actual stove or oven but there’s a toaster oven and a plug in burner to use for making simple meals. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed.
This was a perfect choice for a quick night away from the city. Needing to relax from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, this was far better than any hotel we could have booked in the city. From check in to check out, everything was 5 star. Beautiful suite with super comfy bed and enclosed outdoor hot tub, it was perfect for a night if relaxation. Will book again.
