気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We booked a room at Fairmont Palliser Calgary expecting a level of service that matched what we paid for. While the initial room was nice, it was facing a street with heavy construction noise that made it impossible to relax. I contacted guest services, and the lady assured me she would find us a quiet room equivalent to what we originally booked.
Unfortunately, they moved us from room 1116 to room 1001, which turned out to be even worse — a smaller queen bed, more noise, and a clear downgrade from our first room. It's almost midnight, and the street noise is absolutely unbearable.
We are truly disappointed by how poorly our complaint was handled, and this experience was far below the Fairmont standards we expected.
