「Il residence è veramente molto bello, pulito, curato. Ci sono diversi ristoranti tra cui scegliere, un market molto fornito; gli addetti alla reception sono gentili e disponibili, ogni 2/3gg ci hanno effettuato le pulizie e cambiato asciugamani. Ci hanno prestato per tutta la settimana un ombrellone. Piscina non molto grande, ma non l’abbiamo mai usata. A 5 min a piedi c’è la spiaggia di Cala Blanca, in 10 min di auto si arriva a Ciutadella. Posizione comoda per spostarsi nell’esplorazione...

「Very spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area...lots of sunbeds and space. Very green and pretty around the complex. There was a huge amount of choice for breakfast including an omelette station and local produce. All the food was replenished with no products going empty. Big restaurant with seating outside. The only small thing would be that the kitchen is a little big dated but was well equiped with kitchen utensils if you wanted to self cater.」

「This is the second time we’ve stayed here and our stay has been brilliant. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. The hotel facilities are great; the pool is lovely and padel court was a great surprise to us! No matter what time you go for breakfast, the selection of food is fresh and vast. 「The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy. Staff were all very friendly and attentive and the whole site very well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh produce. 」

「スイートと名を打つだけあって部屋は寝室とリビング、ダイニングと言う構成にて広く、床も天然石で良です。水廻りもシャワーブースと浴槽が別になっていて良ですが、洗面台が2シンクでない点とシャワーの水圧が低いのが残念です。キッチンも天然石トップで見映えも良く必要最低限の器具は揃っていますが、部屋にゴミ箱がなく残念です。サービスは総じて朗らかなスペイン人、笑顔と挨拶も良です。中央に大きなプールがあり、それを取り囲む様に建物が配棟されています。深さも0〜2mと大人から子供まで楽しめます。ライフセーバーも常駐で安心です。朝食は一般的なメニュー、味は良だと思いますが日によってのアレンジは少なくほぼ同じメニューなのが残念です。プールサイドにバーがあり飲物や軽食が取れ、夜は日によりますが生演奏もあります。カランボッシュビーチからも近く、繁華街も徒歩圏内、食料品スーパーやお土産ショップ、飲食店も豊富にあり立地はとても良いです。」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait : l’appartement en lui-même, très propre et bien équipé, la piscine toujours agréable et bien entretenue, le petit bar vraiment pratique et convivial, et surtout, un personnel adorable, toujours souriant et disponible. L’ambiance générale était détendue, très calmes et agréable. Rien à redire, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !」

「L’ hôtel est très agréable et très pratique . Il y a un arrêt de bus devant l’ hotel et la plage crique Pices à 2 min à pied . On voit la mer du premier étage . La réception est ouverte 24h/24h et il y a un bar restaurant et deux belles piscines. L’ endroit est calme . 」
