Incredible that in the Cairo summer, with night temperatures close to 30 degrees, the hotel DOES NOT OFFER AIR CONDITIONING in the common areas, and offer limited cooling in the rooms….
In our room the coldest if got was 27 degrees - the air coming out from the central air on was simply not cold enough. And when we left the room at 4am to take a plane, we noticed that the aircon for all common areas was switched off and the entire hotel was stuffy and hot….
It’s unbelievable that a hotel under the Barcelo brand behaves like this for cost saving purposes!!
