「This place was amazing. Not only was the property a taste of what local culture is like in San Juan, but the owners respond very quickly. It is between Condado and the airport so, Ubers were readily available at all times. Restaurants and local markets are near by they have essential cooking appliances for you to use if you choose to make your own food. They left us a bottle of wine and a nice letter. Overall great experience and I plan to come back. 」

「The villa is situated right on the water. Kayak is available for sailing. The kitchen and bathroom are on ground floor are open air. Bedroom and 2nd toilet is located upstairs. Bedroom consists just of king size bed and night tables attached to the wall, no closet space. The area provides easy contact with nature and privacy, though is distant to dining and stores (about 20 min, drive). 」

「We enjoyed our stay! Ryan was very helpful with any questions we had! Check in process was easy. In a great location at the base of El Yunque rainforest. Worked great for 14 people. Would definitely recommend to large groups who would like having a pool and hot tub. 」

「Very comfortable, felt secure, wonderful location.」

「Perfect location, amazing facilities and having access to kayaks and bikes was a plus. The property is nice and the owner is very responsive. We had a problem with a golf cart and he took care of it as fast as he could. And yes golf cart at this resort is a huge advantage! 」

「The property manager (Luis) made the check in/out easy and was receptive to our questions. The villa was roomy and met all of our needs. The beach was a short 3-4 minute drive in a resort area. The beach was beautiful without crowds. We felt such a warm welcome from Luis, we would consider staying there again. 」

「We truly enjoyed the villa which was super spacious and comfortable. We got great sleep thanks for amazingly soft beds and black out blinds. The Rio Mar grounds and pool were great and we did a day trip to Fajardo and Yunque. Hope we can return soon!」

「This location is perfect. The condo/villa is clean and basically overlooks the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a lovely beach with very few people. very safe location as you enter through two gates to get to your unit. Having a rental car made it easy to get to grocery stores and all over the island. Master bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. The kitchen Is a nice size and was very clean.」

「The property has an excellent location. The parking setup is perfect and very needed in this area. What is preventing me from eating it 5 stars is that the apartment did not have a WiFi router the week that I was there. I did talk to the front desk about the WiFi connection in the room and they said they would check. I finally found the place we're the router was supposed to be (inside the closet, high on the front wall of the closet) and there was NO router. I would make sure that you ask...
