This detached villa is located at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, only 400 m. from the North Sea beach and 13 km. from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find next to the living room and an open kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor are another three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the landing, you have a second toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. Through the garden doors, you can reach the garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
