「The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. The beds were not terribly comfortable however and could use an update, along with the linens. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. 」

「This property is quite old and not well maintained. The lack of AC made our stay difficult; if there was even a fan would have helped. 」

「A room was clean and large. Somehow the towel in use was not replaced with a new one, so I dropped it on the floor clearly. Reception service is particularly good. It was better if there was a coin laundry for long-term stay.」

「The hotel has an amazing location, fabulous architecture and is maintained in a great condition. The common areas and rooms were super clean. However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process.
