Relax at this peaceful and centrally-located charming home nestled off the main drag of Harrison Avenue and in the flats of historic Butte. This mining city charming home contains a recently renovated open floor plan with 2 comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. Great for a family visiting town, passing through on a road trip, or just stopping by to work in the area.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom near the rear of the house with a full-size bed (Nectar mattress) and closet.
Living room - smart tv with access to TV channels via the Spectrum Smart App, Samsung Live TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and many other apps. You will need to use your account to log into each app.
Comfortable couch and chair to relax and unwind in the open living room space. Dining room table with 4 bar height chairs, and 2 additional chairs near the breakfast bar off the kitchen counter.
Front porch: BBQ, coffee table, and a couple of chairs await you on the porch, where you can view the Lady of the Rockies or through the neighbor trees see Uptown Butte and the famous “M”.
Backyard: there is a quiet fenced backyard between the garage and home.
Internet: Internet speeds last tested were nearly 300MB/S.
Parking is in front of the house on the street (please avoid blocking neighbor driveways). If you have two cars, please either double park or contact your host for where to park the second vehicle.

Parking is a little tight on the street, as it’s all street parking but there is easily enough room for 1 full-size car/SUV or two small cars in front of the house

The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. You have access to Harrison Ave a block and 1/2 away, which boasts many favorite restaurants, easy access to the freeway, and ease of getting around Butte.
ESA and Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to an animal surcharge for additional cleaning. The animal must also be housebroken and never be left alone in the unit. If you have a Service Animal, please provide:
1) Whether you require their service animal because of a disability?
2) What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform?
Just 1 and 1/2 blocks away, you can access the Ulrich-Schotte Nature Trail (Blacktail Creek Trail) which is 3.2 miles of paved nature trail, with historic plaques and views of Butte.
