This lakefront house is perfect for a large family vacation. It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of room to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes, so you can easily prepare meals at home. The living area has an open floor plan and views overlooking the lake, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Outside there is a patio with outdoor furniture for lounging in the sunshine or enjoying some al fresco dining during warmer months.

Please note that when the water level is up the water can cover the patio area by the dock (as seen in current photos).

Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.

The home in Butler, TN is located close to Mountain City and a short drive away from Boone, NC. It is situated in a rural area that overlooks stunning mountain views and offers plenty of outdoor activities. The picturesque landscape is perfect for hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and other recreational pursuits. There are also numerous rivers and streams nearby for exploring and swimming. This home is lake front about 30 steps from the front door to the water. The map shows the pinpoint at the road where the entrance to the driveway is. The driveway is nearly half a mile long so the pinpoint on the map can be deceiving.

There is limited cell service at the house and in the surrounding area. If using GPS, enter the address before you lose cell service. We do have signs marking the entrance of the property and will send detailed instructions after you book. There is a landline in the house for emergencies and we will send you the number to share with friends and family before check-in.

The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
