「The staff tried to charge me again for staying there, It took ages to convince them, I was actually stay there with you, I arrived the day following due to flight delays not your fault, but I had informed you but hotel had no idea. 「The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...
