Surprise your family and friends with an outdoorsy getaway to Virginia at this spacious house right in front of Lake Anna! This family-friendly retreat offers an away-from-it-all vibe that everyone in your group will surely appreciate. The outdoor space features a lawn filled with lush vegetation and a firepit.

All Decked Out is divided into two floors. On the first floor, you will find an inviting living area equipped with comfortable furniture, a fireplace, and a TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation. You'll have direct access to the patio, where you can find a gas grill.

On the second and main floors, you can find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen where you can efficiently channel your inner chef and treat everyone to memorable meals and snacks. The living area has enough space to sit your entire group, but if you'd like to dine with a view, you can always head to the deck and take advantage of the outdoor dining area - there is another dining area for kids too.

This lakefront location is simply out of this world! Lake Anna is your backyard and offers endless outdoor activities to choose from. You can head to Lake Anna State Park less than 10 miles north and try your hand at hiking, biking, and horseback riding, or take a guided tour of the Goodwin Gold Mine. Camping and picnicking are also great options! King's Dominion might be 27.4 miles away, but it's one of the most popular theme parks nearby! The historic city of Fredericksburg is a short 30-mile drive.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Recharging by the lake
This place is wonderful. Communication with rental property management was great. The house was clean and spacious. The views from on top of the boathouse were phenomenal. The lake was very relaxing. Even got some canoeing/kayaking in. A great place for quiet relaxation. The hot tub helped as well!

Lovely home
House, grounds and boat house were as pictured. gorgeous view, nice decks at both house and boat house with options for both shade and sun. There is only one lounge chair. It would be nice if there were more than one down at the boat house. It would also be nice to have more than three chairs at the table on the beautiful rooftop deck. Otherwise comfy and attractive furniture and beds. Lots of space. There were a few broken things (e.g. a closet door in master bedroom that wouldn't close, lower dishwasher rack was hard to get in and out, corner kitchen cabinet doesn't turn easily) but they didn't really detract from the stay and I mention them here only so that the host/management co. will know they need to be addressed at some point. There were some fruit flies that were pesky. They were really the only negative to the entire stay and my guess is they will be gone the next time we stay here. Yes, we plan to return! We would definitely recommend this place.

Family and Friends get away before college.
Two families and adult child friends enjoyed 2 nights stay. The home was stocked with all that was listed and more. The decor is eclectic and well loved - so perfect for hosting families. The dock house with the slide was a huge hit and the kayaks and canoes were taken out with joy exploring the islands and lake shore. There were life jackets and some floaties in the boathouse. Older reviews talked about broken furniture- but there were new plastic chairs. Our only issue was that we were offered a late check out but did not see it on email till after 6 pm the night before. We went on the site to accept and pay for the extra 4 hours till 2 pm (a much needed extension for our crew to get moving, pack up and clean up, but apparently even though it was confirmed on the pay site, it didn’t go through to be communicated to the cleaning crew who arrived at 10 am. They were very kind and said they would come back later. Over all an amazing trip. Thank you.

Good location
Overall we had a good stay…location and property is great. Well equipped with a nice dock, game room, and plenty of space. Unfortunately the oven did not work for the entirety of our stay…a technician came to check it out but couldn’t fix it as it was and issue with heating element and was not able to get the parts needed….this was pretty frustrating as we anticipated on cooking quite a bit. There are not a ton of restaurants to choose from around the area and it takes a good 15-20 minutes to get to any from the house. To make matters worse, the toaster oven/air fryer was pretty wonky…it would randomly shut off when we would try to use it and had to constantly check to see if it was on and cooking. Other than that we had a good stay, just wish we didn’t have those issues.

Beautiful Lake House- needs a few improvements
My husband and I stayed here this weekend with 8 other friends for his 30th birthday celebration! The home was beautiful with many options for things to do on the beautiful lake. We used the hot tub, went on the lake with the canoe provided, and the guys loved using the slide off the dock! There was plenty of space for sleeping arrangements for all ten of us and the beds were very comfortable! A few things could use some improvements. When we arrived we noticed one of the sliding glass doors handles was broken, making it unusable. Most of the chairs at the fire pit were broken. Chairs on the deck were broken as well. We enjoyed using the canoe close to the shoreline as no life jackets were provided to use. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken off the track making it difficult to open and close to wash dishes. Overall, we had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay catching up with friends and enjoying the amenities!

The house was a great size and perfect location. Canoe, kayaks, hot tub, boat house, fire pit, and clean linens. Some issues with cleanliness. Downstairs tub had fist fulls of dog hair in it. I dont blame the owner. House cleaning should have cleaned it. Material issues that need to get fixed. Downstairs bath toilet paper holder is hanging off the wall. Downstairs patio door has 1 bolt in the handle and is impossible to open like that. Dishwasher gave an error code and wouldn’t work when trying to do dishes. Did all by hand. Honestly those are minor complaints compared to how much fun we had and how beautiful the property was. Beds were great. A little outdated, but its a rental and didn't expect anything more than the pics suggested. Would definitely stay again. Created a lot of great family memories there.

What A Kitchen!
Our three generation (all adult) family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The décor was just beautiful. We are cooks and were amazed at how well the kitchen was stacked with any cookware, bakeware, and utensils we needed - right down to the dog dish! There was even a cast iron skillet. It was rusty, but we resurrected it and used it almost every day. It was definitely the best outfitted kitchen we’ve ever had. That being said, they do need more forks – there were only 10, not counting the ones in the drawer of baby dishes. Our days were spent down at the dock swimming and fishing. (We had catfish tacos one night!) The kayaks had life vests and there were plenty of noodles for floating. We appreciated the stairs that went right in the lake. Some of our group went “wining” and some went to historical sites. In the evenings, it was much too hot for a fire, so visited on the deck or watched a movie. There is no cable – just streaming services. We reported a leak under the kitchen sink and it was promptly addressed. We all loved the house and the Lake Anna area and agreed it would great to come back. Our suggestions for improving the property are to have a booklet onsite to address things like lawn mowing (Friday), hot tub service (Wednesday), TV instructions, and garbage pick-up. Trash is picked up the day you leave and the two trash cans were not enough for 10 days. Luckily, we accidently found a transfer station nearby to take our trash and recyclables. The home is listed for 12 people, so it should have outdoor seating for 12. The deck had 7 chairs. Down at the dock were about 4 plastic Adirondack chairs, 1 lounge , a bench and a few broken lounges There were a few more chairs at the fire pit that were very light and had to be secured when the wind kicked up. We did have one storm that knocked out the power for 4 hours, but all was well when it came back on. Thanks for the spacious comfortable house!

Beautiful setting
Let me begin by saying that the location, the waterfront views and the house were all great. We would definitely come back. The staff we were in communication with-Breanna, Chris and Donald could not have been more responsive and caring. With that said we did have issue with cable, that never truly got resolved. We obtained a Roku stick and we luckily had subscription to Hulu which gave us options. Upon arriving no downstairs lights or outlets were working. It was an easy fix but one that required Chris to come out as the fuse box was in the locked garage. The refrigerator ice and water were in a locked mode, so again someone had to come out and remedy that. I think it would be beneficial to have some kind of welcome binder to help renters troubleshoot some of the more common issues and to give overviews of how to operate electronics in the house. For example the nest thermostat. Again, we loved our stay, just a few things could have made it feel more guest ready. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. We are already making plans for next year!

Wonderful!!
This property provided us the perfect weekend away with our family to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We only left the property once, to drive to the State Park for a hike. The rest of the time was spent fishing, kayaking and hanging out! **one small note, the dishwasher does not work at all and required all the dishes to be handwashed.

Great view
Nice house with water view from most every room. Master bedroom is upstairs and 3 other bedrooms are downstairs. Large well-equipped kitchen includes a beverage fridge, which came in handy. Spent many hours on the large deck and swimming off the dock. Enjoyed the kayak and life vests; basketball hoop; and fire pit. Would rent here again.

Beautiful and relaxing
I actually found myself taking in deep breaths and really enjoying the beautiful scenery.... that typically doesn't happen with bv a 1 and 4 yr old! It was a lovely house. I wish we had found the kids toys before the last hour of our stay. Lol The house was perfect for younger kids and the playset was used daily. We will definitely consider booking again! Only crazy unexpected thing was a huge thunderstorm came thru and knocked out power. We didn't realize the water pump would eventually run dry with no electricity (duh). So we opted to drive home for the night and come back the next morning. Maybe stock the laundry room with stone flush lights 😉

Perfect getaway!
This place is spacious and has SO many amenities! I wish they had life jackets, but that was truly the only thing lacking. The gated neighborhood is perfect for family walks. Gorgeous all around!

Great house and location but needs some TLC
This house and its surroundings are amazing. We loved being on the water even in the winter. The playground and boathouse were great. The house is spacious and the view is incredible even from the inside thanks to the glass windows/doors. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset! The counters and most surfaces were clean but we found that the floors were really dirty. There was so much dog hair in so many areas. Our dog doesn’t shed so all the hair that was still there was from previous stays. Another issue was that the oven never reached the desired temperature, it lingered at about 225, so we had to rely on the microwave. There were a few things that needed fixing, so a little more TLC would make this house perfect.

We had a great time at this house-- you have a beautiful view of the lake from the deck and great room, and while it was too cold for us to enjoy the boathouse, there's a deck on top of that too. Plenty of space for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful Home with Amenities Galore
The house was as beautiful as its pictures, but even more so because of the water views from every room. Lots of outdoor amenities. We especially enjoyed the boathouse, for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming too! We had a fire in the fire pit one night with s’mores and starlight. We brought all our food and cooked every meal in the incredibly well equipped kitchen. We definitely want to go back!

Lovely home, lots to do
This is a great location and beautiful home. Very clean, gorgeous views. The kitchen is well-outfitted but the listing is not detailed enough to let you know exactly what you should bring. They have so many appliances (air fryer, freestanding ice maker, crockpot, Keurig, three grills, hairdryers) we wished we had known before coming. Be sure to bring extra paper towels, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, Keurig pods if you want them, dishwashing liquid, and trashbags. We also were disappointed to discover there were no lifejackets available so that we could use the kayaks. Reaching out to the property manager to ask this question led to zero response (fyi, this property is not managed by the owner, so responses are slow). Beyond those hiccups, it was a great experience and we would be happy to come back with a bit of the right gear to make it perfect.
