「The room was nice, if only they can supply slippers. It was a comfortable stay. If only the receptionist at front desk could smile a bit, it would make us more welcome.」

「Room did not have a window, was damp and smelling, bathroom was dirty, all fixtures broken, ac leaking water. Would not recommend this place to anyone」

「Bathroom facilities are not up to grade. Towels are old and hard, look very unpleasant to use. More like floor rug. Room TV doesn’t work. I think it is for show only.」

「Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms....

「Kuala Selangorについてあまり情報が得る事が出来ずタウンに近そうなのでこのホテルにしました。ツインベッドの値段相応の部屋でしたが掃除はきれいにしてありました。ただ冷房の効きが悪く又wi-fiが部屋では使えず不便な思いをしました。（受付の人は修理業者が休みで修理出来ないとの事でした。）宿泊費が安いのでこんなものなのかと思いましたが。受付はチェックインの時対応してくれた人はとても親切で色々教えてくれて良かったのですがチェックアウトの時の人は何か不機嫌そうで見送りの挨拶もせず感じが悪く気分が良いものではありませんでした。人によりますね。」

「Check out time is 12pm ....we went out n came back to room at 11.45am...n the room was locked and we couldn't open it. When we ask staff they said auto lock...auto lock the door after 12pm not before 12pm. And give extra 10 or 15 min to check out...And staff saw us going up but never stop us to unlock.」

「Nous avons pu avoir une chambre au rez de. Chaussée mais la nuit a ete tres bruyante, impossible de dormir (bruits de conversations, de rires, de portes qui claquent...)」

「Poorly maintain building. Stain on bedsheet. The toilet flush did not work all the time. The teaspoon was sticky and cups have stains. The two sachets of instant coffee were hard and chunky. The only good about the hotel is water heater is working, water pressure is strong, the air conditional is quiet. 」
