"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."

"The room was quite spartan but functional and a little cramped for two people, but to be expected considering the price. It was surprisingly quiet and very clean. "The Reception replied that they only provide water bottles and coffee , tea bags...ect for the first day stay ..if you stay a bit longer you have to prepare by yourself. The room without Kettle except coffee machine. I got the experience even though you put confirmed by the machine that you need to clean daily and put the cleaning requirement sign at the door, they still didn't clean the room until we back at 5:15pm....and the reception said they would come to clean but we all there already..."

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We came into town for a concert and booked the triple room. The check in lady Clara was super kind and friendly. We liked the vibe and design of the hotel itself as well as our room. "Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous. "

"Great location, room is basic with no TV etc but that didn't bother me as I was out a lot so wasn't spending any time really at the hotel. Clean room, good shower and bed was comfy enough. My only issue was the lack of air con, I was very warm and found it difficult to sleep and you can't open the windows to cool the room down. "

Great location

"Great location in the centre of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms have separate toilet, which is helpful for families, would be great if it had a sink. Rooms large with comfy beds. Pillows need attention, one is very lumpy. Could not get air con to blow out cold air. Room very hot had to open window which was noisy. Overall though good stay. "

"Overall the property was very comfortable and clean. My group enjoyed the stay. The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the small touches like the Belgian candies (“Cuberdon”) that were left for us in the room. The bathroom was very clean and the room had a nice and functional design. They store luggage for you which is very convenient but you put the luggage inside the room yourself which in my opinion is not very secure. Then they give you a bag check ticket. The hotel is small and has a small elevator. There was a coffee machine in the room and a few teas (but no kettle so I think you need to request that from the front desk). The area surrounding the hotel does not seem very safe especially at night. I never went back to the hotel particularly late but it just has an unsafe vibe unfortunately. It’s the area next to the train station (Brussels Midi station). Being that close to the station was very convenient however, for catching IC trains as well as the Eurostar)"
