No chores but don't leave space untidy Load used dishes in the dishwasher
The minimum charge for smoking-related cleaning charge is $250.
No loud noises or parties, No visitors registered guests only. Update your booking if the number of guests needs to be updated.
Late checkout fee $50 for 11:30 and $100 for Noon checkout.
We provide shovels to assist with snow removal but do not offer snow shoveling services. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements for snow clearing.
We may require certain booking additional damage deposit of $500 to $1500
Guests must keep a close eye on their pets and children, as the house and yard may contain items unsuitable for them.

Good overnight stay with friends

Nice for an overnight. The apartment has been updated on the interior. The space was quiet and clean. The listing states it sleeps 9 with two pullout couches. Thankfully we didn’t need them, because the couches were not pullout. I would say it sleeps 6 (3 beds). The beds/mattresses were very comfortable. There are not a ton of cooking supplies, so plan to bring your own. I wouldn’t say it’s walking distance, but it’s very close to what we wanted to do (Shae’s and restaurants).

The only good thing I can say about this property is the location wasn’t bad to downtown and Public transportation. The house itself wasn’t exactly clean. None of the bedroom doors shut completely. And the only bathroom in the place needs work. The faucet in the bathroom is loose and so was the toilet. The middle bedroom didn’t even have a working doorknob. Also if you are an older person and struggle with stairs. The stairs going to the unit are steep with no railing. I understand it’s an older home. But safety is important
