「We arrived late due to air and ground transport delays. Randy was concerned and kind and wished us safe travels. We were thankful for the comfortable bed and quiet when we finally arrived. We found the space well appointed, a little quirky and cool. There isn't much natural light, as you would expect, but the Rivendell room window is a beacon in the daylight.
