You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team...

Vom Entree führt eine Treppe nach unten in den Wohnraum mit Kaminofen. Die Decke ist sehr hoch und somit befindet sich dort noch eine Galerie mit einem Doppelbett. Carmen was very accommodating and was quick to respond to messages if we needed anything. "Excellent value for the money! The flat has a perfect location. It is within walking distance to a supermarket, and two precious French towns, St. Louis and Huningue. Both towns have a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and shops. Colmar, France is 45 minutes away and the train station in Basil is about 6 km. "

"Overall looks ok. But a little inconvenient that the reception of the hotel is located a block away. Some issues with the unit I stayed, the dishwasher doesn’t work, the remote control of the TV had no battery and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. The main entrance door is a bit tricky to open. But putting these inconveniences aside, it was a good experience."

"This hotel is nestled in a quiet area. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. A bakery (great for breakfast treats) was nearby. We could walk to many places and we were right on the bus line to get to the train (and by staying we were able to ride the bus free). Also, the staff helped us navigate the buses and walking around. "A very nice property with friendly and attentive staff. Our room was large, lovely, and very well appointed. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had a spa-like feel with both rainfall and handheld showerheads with great water pressure. Wonderful after a long day of travel! The neighborhood was so quiet that we slept undisturbed with our windows open!"
