"We loved the idea of staying in a castle and that in itself was magical. We stayed in the Cromwell Suite which is big. The kids loved the extra room to roam. The high ceiling in the living/2nd bed area was nice and contributed to the majestic feel.There were however a few things that could have been better. "Just returned from a lovely stay at the Townhouse, room was spacious and comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Its location is central so easy to get around and everything in walking distance. Staff very friendly and attentive and great atmosphere in the bar and lounge area. There was a good choice of substantial breakfasts using quality local produce and although this isn’t included in the price it was competitive within the local area. We had a great few days here and would definitely return...

"This is a gem. We stayed on a Sunday evening having had a long day in Birmingham (40 mins north). It was quiet but beautiful and the staff were lovely. The main building is i assume an old stately home and our room was in ond of a few new wings. The room itself was spacious and spotless. We had a grest night's sleep and in the morning the shower was great. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. To top it off it was incredible value."

"We had to book here last minute with the fire at Heathrow to fly out of Birmingham. They were very accommodating and so helpful. They had a ton of people book last second and even though they were very busy, they took the time to help us in a time of need. Thank you! Would definitely recommend. "

"It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake. Extras like parking and drinks in the bar are expensive, though."

"We really enjoyed our stay, room was clean and large enough for three with a lovely view over the golf course and a little table and chairs to sit outside. The pool was warm ! So rare these days so enjoyed using that , staff all very friendly and helpful . We had a pizza and a couple of yummy cocktails on the bar all great ."
