「Loved it, will be coming back」

「The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.」

「My family of 5 stayed here while my husband took at class at Rellis. Perfect distance from the school & food. My kids loved the house, plenty of beds. Very comfy. Only complaint would be the washer it shakes the whole house when it runs lol. Other than that it’s perfect 」

「Nice little condo. Quiet except for neighbor who decided to have a conversation outside at 5:30am on speaker phone. The only thing I would change is that there is so much stuff in the condo—plastic plants and fake plates. Hard to find a work space. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The tiny house was so cute and very clean. Was a little cold outside when we stayed and the house stayed super warm for us. Shower was great and stayed nice and hot. Outside area was exceptional. They provided a nice little seating area with a firepit and a grill. You can take a nice walk around the property and even see the longhorns. We will definitely be back!」

「Enjoyed the stay. Units are cute and have the necessities. Close to town and grocery & food. We’d come back for a relaxing, quiet getaway in the country.」

「Just the right size for my husband and I. Came in for the art show in bryan. Price was very reasonable and we asked for an extended checkout time, which they happily accommodated. Bed was comfortable and AC worked nicely as i do like it cold at night. Area is very quiet and peaceful and close to A&M but away from the congestion. Would definitely recommend.」

「Great little rental and reasonably priced for a big weekend of Aggie Football and other activities.」

「Everything was good but some things could be improved on. Two of bathrooms had no locks for doors which gets awkward with a lot of people. Also, one bathroom had no curtains for window into back yard. Three of the bedrooms have the same entrance into hallway so it can be awkward trying to change clothes and enter and exit rooms without disturbing several people. Overall very nice place. 」
