"When I entered my room (1) the door was open. It was freezing inside so I put on the heaters. One was hot instantly but since it was in front of the door and bathroom it didn’t help making the room warm. It took at least 3-4 hours until the temperature was reasonable. The other heater, under the window, made water noises the whole time until maybe 11pm. And started at 5am again. Even with earplugs and the other pillow over my head it was too noisy to sleep. "Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is one of the best Ive stayed in. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Second to none for public transport. The bed is one of the most comfortable. But its the view that takes it all the way to the top of the list. Im regretting only staying one night to break up my journey home. "

"Amazing views, quiet in the evenings. Definitely a walk up hill to the property, but they do come to pick up your luggage at the bottom and transport it up. About a 20 min train ride very convenient for public transportation. I recommend getting the Zurich card you get free entrance to museums and unlimited public transportation. They also will provide adaptor when ask, which definitely came in handing as I completely forgot. Enjoyed our stay. "

"We touched down in Zurich at 8 am after a long 10-hour flight with our two kids, and we couldn’t believe our luck! The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke an impressive variety of languages, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and in a fantastic location. The restaurant had delicious food, and the drinks were refreshing, all served with amazing hospitality. It was such a wonderful experience!"
