「It was exactly as I expected. An apartment equivalent to a eurocamp. As a family of 5 accommodation can be awkward. The accommodation was clean, bedding clean and apartment well equipped. Not many options for eating out in zebrugge if you don't want to eat in quite a pricey fish restaurant. Carre four closes at 7. Ibis foods is not good but good to have the pool to use and the bar for a few drinks in the evening. We used the apartment as a base for Bruge. The train in was very easy and zebrugge...

「Spacious (Marquis) lots of space for 3 people. Very close walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well appointed although we ended up only doing breakfasts in our room. Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights. 」

「Pascal was great, he communicated well and was helpful prior to arrival. The property is in a quiet area but literally minutes from the busy streets, which is nice relief from the crowds. 「Good home near the center of Brugges. The stairs are tight, like any home in the region. We had two elderly travelers with us that had a little difficulty with going up and down but we were all able to enjoy the trip. Check with the owner about parking, they have a good solution for where to park.」

「It's possible that I should have read the description more closely, but I was expected a private villa, perhaps behind the host's home? That's not the case. You are staying in a semi-private part of someone's home with them. It is a beautiful home, and the owners were very nice. Still, I was thrown at first after an exhausting day of travel - so just be aware. It was nice to have bikes available to us, but know none are kid-sized and they're not in the best of shape. Still, it was fun to ride...
