「前回とても快適だったので、今回２回目の宿泊でした。 フロントやベルボーイなどの方々は皆さん常に笑顔で対応していただき親切で本当に居心地が良いホテルです。 お部屋の掃除もよくしていただき気分良く過ごせました。 場所も完璧、少し古い建物のようですが、ホテル自体が大きすぎないので、ロビー部屋間の移動が楽なので助かります。 次回もまた泊まりたいと思います。 」

Always kept an eye on the guests and would check in to see if everything was ok. I asked for late checkout on the day and they gave it to us without additional charge. The downsides were… 1. 「This is our 2nd stay at this condo. Love the ease of checking in at Trump Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The service was excellent. This unit is located perfectly at Columbus circle with easy access to the subway and easy to walk to many attractions. We love the proximity to Central Park and the shops at Columbus circle. Unit is clean, comfortable, spacious and stunning views of the park and the city. 」

「 My family of 5 met in NYC to meet and celebrate my son's birthday. He lives in NYC but came to stay with us and his siblings. We had a wonderful weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out but we were also able to spend time together in the living room. The property manager was SUPER responsive and attentive. We did feel VERY cold in the unit and the WiFi was very slow (neither of which I informed the property manager about but will so it can be resolved).」
