"リフォームしてあり清潔で綺麗でした。ベッドメイキングのサービスはありませんでしたが、タオル等アメニティは充分にありました。JF空港からメトロで途中一回乗り換えました。最寄駅からは迷う事なく徒歩5分くらいです。便利です。"

"立地面ではブルックリンもマンハッタンにも交通のアクセスが良いのと、近隣にスーパーが2つと飲食店がたくさんあって滞在しやすかったです。 施設はとても新しく清潔感があり、また外観も内装もお洒落でした。 朝のコーヒーサービスも良かったです。 スタッフの方々も清潔感があり話かけやすい雰囲気があって好感度が高かったです。 料金的には日本の相場からするとかなり高いですが、いくつかのサイトで探したNYのホテルの中では最安のレベルだったということもあり、全体的な満足度は高かったです。"

"On the first day of my stay, I did not receive any towels or amenities, so I had to request them at the front desk. On the third night, I asked for bed making, and although they said it was okay and took a note at the front desk, it was not done. On the fifth night, I requested additional towels again, and despite them saying it was okay and taking a note, they never brought them. As a result, I did not receive any bed making or additional towels during my entire 5-day stay. The service was completely lacking."
