「This property has so much to offer and it is in such an aswesome location. The owner reached out and was so friendly with so many recommendations. Check in was a breeze- the house is super well stocked with everything you will possibly need. Such a fun place to stay to enjoy the rainbow river and surrounding area. We highly reccomned it!!」

「My sister and I were there to watch my granddaughter’s competition over the weekend. We were not a fan of the cassette toilet, nor the sleeping area in the loft reachable by a ladder. Would be perfect for younger people, not 70 year olds unless it was a single as there is a downstairs sleeping area for 1. The location was excellent and the property was very nice.」

「My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us 」

「We ventured up to Crystal River for the Manatees and to check the area out for for possible retirement. Neither happened. We both wound up with Covid and never made it past the adirondak chairs on the deck. But what a lovely place to be sick. Would 100% recommend.」

「We loved the dock and being able to paddle to Swampy’s restaurant. We are grateful to Hannah for allowing us to bring our pups. The yard is well fenced which was so very nice. We of course loved visiting the state park and the head springs. We enjoyed making fires in the evenings in the large screened porch. The house was very clean upon arrival. 」

「Perfect place to stay especially if you have someone in the hospital. Very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and for us we need one. I also wish we didn’t have to constantly ask the owner to lower the thermostat since we didn’t have control over it. Definitely understand if the cost of electricity is high. Maybe he could just put the temp on 70 when people check in that would be easier for everyone. Mr Lance was very kind and attentive to our text!」

「The lady who ran the morning breakfast buffet was AMAZING this morning. So very helpful, as my wife had special dietary needs. And BOY DOES SHE CLEAN EXTREMELY WELL!! Her station was spotless. We are definitely going to stay here every time we pass through Gainesville, which is often. We have stayed in almost all hotel chains, but this was by far the BEST experience we have ever had.
