"The main floor is laid out well and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of workspace. We were worried about having space to eat, but were able to fit the 5 of us around the table with no issues. As described the stairs both inside and out are “interesting” but we didn’t have any issues. It was extremely cold and rainy when we arrived but the stairs had been cleared as well as possible and there was plenty of ice melt for us to use the next day when the weather cleared. "The lake house was beautiful and peaceful. They’re were a few concerns the bedroom upstairs smelled musty the dishwasher smelled like mildew the towels were were old & looked used no new soap for the guest a felt like it was an overpriced stay. "

"The duplex was clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make dinner, although there was no kitchen towel for drying hands and dishes (very minor). Three bedrooms, two with a double/queen, one with a single, and it looked like the couch in the living room was a pull out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Wi-fi worked well. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again if in the area. "

"Property and room was beautiful but missing some key things that would make it convenient. For example, a valet, I had to park and take 2 separate elevators to get to my room with all my luggage! There was also no fridge in the room. For a 4 star hotel, I really didn’t think that it would be missing something so simple. Finally and not to sound nit picky, but I would also have preferred a full length mirror. Getting dressed and not knowing what I look like was annoying…I’m sure this is a complaint a lot of other women would have too because my friend in the room with me shared the same frustration. There was a half a mirror in a corner where u had to move furniture and turn sideways to use it. Which I’m sure wasn’t their intention. Otherwise, my stay was amazing!"
