「The place is better than expected based on recent reviews. It does look like the pictures. The front door code does not work like others have said. It does need a good deep clean. Beds are ok but old. They didn’t have any propane for the grill but they fixed it when I called. One bummer is the main kitchen area doesn’t have a couch/area to relax without being at the table or bar area. 」

「The condo is in Brian Wood right in the center of Brian Head with easy access to the sky lifts, Georg's, and the very few restaurants in town. One item I did not see is that the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators which makes it difficult for older people or if you have a lot of gear you need to take up and down the stairs every day. We rented in the summer and the price for the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was great. The condo is older and has 1980s decorations, is quite worn but...
