「One night stay for work but what amazing service. Was going to be late checking in and close to kitchen closing so called ahead and ordered food for my arrival. This was no trouble and on arrival staff were expecting me, got me seated quickly and got my drinks and the food came out piping hot. Room was huge, lots of space, and immaculately clean. 「Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!」

「I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. 「The hotel is clean and tidy. Ample parking space. Staff are really friendly. Only negative, which would stop me staying there again, the toilet has a glass wall around it with hardly any frosting on the glass. Sorry but whoever designed this is either kinky or odd. It's ok if you were staying your night on your own, but there are certain things you don't necessarily do in front of a loved one!」
