Come enjoy this vibrant & clean private waterfront condo right on Lake Taneycomo. Just a 10-min drive from the Hwy 76 'Strip' and a 15-min drive from SDC in the gated private neighborhood of Pointe Royale Golf Village.

*Neighborhood Amenities are Accessible Using the Amenities Key Card Provided in the Condo - this includes Lighted Tennis Courts, Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Year Round Heated Indoor Pool & Outdoor Jetted Hot Tub, 24/7 Fitness Center, and Gated Owner Entrance. Also Take Advantage of the Public 18-hole PGA Golf Course, Putting Green, Pro Shop, and Bar & Grille right in the neighborhood! ****Pointe Royale No Longer Allows Boat or Trailer Parking Within the Neighborhood

The guard house will issue you a parking pass when you first arrive. Parking passes need to be visibly displayed on your dashboard at all times while you are on Pointe Royale property. Each vehicle in your party will need all of the reservation details to get a parking pass and be let through the guard gate.

There is ample parking outside the building & you may park in any space that’s convenient for you, there are no assigned spaces.

Please make sure your parking pass is always visible and do not park outside of any designated parking spaces, as you may be towed or ticketed at your own expense.

Enjoyed our stay!
Clean, well stocked on everything (dishes, towels, appliances- everything)! We enjoyed the condo and the amenities that went with it. Perfect for 6 adults, a toddler and a baby. We felt at home.

Beautiful Place
Every room was clean and welcoming. Enjoyed the stay. Check in/out was easy and convenient. Pool and Gym were very nice. There was a bar too. We didn't use the bar but there was a nice bar there.

Great summer vacation!
We had a great 5 days staying at this wonderful property. The pictures match reality which is always nice to see! Our kids loved the pool and being able to wade into the lake and splash around was a highlight of the trip. We had zero problems during our stay and would happily stay here again.

Perfect vacation home
This was the best experience ever! The condo was beautiful and spotless. There was so much room for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, could just use a circle pizza pan (but nothing to complain about…just a suggestion). The washer and dryer was exceptional. There was lots of room to eat and sit. The living room has the couch and a recliner. It looks like it’s just a chair…but it does recline. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nice. All the beds were very soft if you like soft beds (which we all do 😀). There is a hair dryer in all 3 of the bathrooms and plenty of towels. They have chapter books, coloring books, Twister, Sorry, Mancala, UNO, and card games. There was also a set of beach towels in there. My 2 little girls enjoyed the upstairs! They had it all to themselves. The steps were carpeted and very clean. The view was to die for with the lake and mountains. The screened in porch was perfect as we didn’t have to fight with bugs. I spent most of the time on the porch or in the pool. We went to the pool everyday and all 5 of us enjoyed it! At the clubhouse, they have a huge outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and indoor pool. They also have a place to get food and drinks. There’s a fitness center, basketball courts, and tennis/pickleball courts. They have a couple of nice playgrounds as well. Daphne was amazing through the whole process with great communication and works well with people. Thank you for sharing your property with us..wilk definitely return!

Wonderful Stay!!
First of all, having 3 bedrooms that each had their own bathroom was like a dream with 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo was immaculate and well stocked with cookware and towels and everything you would need. The view of the river from the patio was amazing and there is a great trail right next door that is great for a hike! We were close enough to everything without being in the business of the city. Great place to stay!

I thought this one was top notch! The family enjoyed everything and the wife and I especially loved watching the kids play out back from the porch. Better than the average listing. Worth a few extra dollars any time!

Wonderful Condo & Resort
We had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo right on the lake. The condo is beautiful, the view of the lake is amazing and we loved the screened in porch. The owners have thought of everything you could need for your stay - fully stocked and lots of amenities. Also, I was in contact with the owners several times before our stay and they always answered the phone and were very helpful with my questions. I would recommend this condo for anyone and we will definitely stay here any time we're traveling to Branson.

Peaceful Setting!
This place was very clean and well equipped. It had a beautiful view of the lake / river. We were walking distance to a great hiking trail, beach access and playground. The kids also loved the pool area. No complaints!

Awesome!!
Absolute great condo!! So very clean, great location, we’re a family that fishes as our main hobby so we couldn’t (or you couldn’t) go wrong with this set up!! We did all the “Branson” things with zero issues coming and going. That includes main gate entry and exiting, and also strip traffic. I’ve seen previous reviews of people semi-complaining of bugs on the OUTSIDE stairway up, I get that, I’m not a bug lover myself but there’s nothing to be done about that. We didn’t bother them and they didn’t bother us. You know where there aren’t bugs? Inside this condo OR on it’s screened in patio. The place has made our definite stay list.

Felt like home!
Home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. The only two suggestions I have is for the owners to add a new Yahtzee game to the game closet. The one in the apartment was missing scoring pages. Also a Branson map for guest's reference would've helped us better plan our stay. Thanks for everything!

Thanksgiving in Branson
We love the Branson area and have stayed at several properties. This one was fine and we are satisfied with the stay. It’s more of a place where you don’t want TO close to the strip. Quite like we like it. I think it was overpriced but I also think most of the properties do take advantage of you on holidays due to demand.
