Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan, modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, designated workspaces, and living room with 65" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled-walk in shower and a cozy workspace.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, Smart 65" TV, laundry area, screened-in patio with dining future, large backyard with beautiful native foliage, above ground pool, outdoor sitting area, BBQ grill, free high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. How awful can awful be
The house was nothing like the pictures on VRBO. It was absolutely filthy, bugs running around, the kitchen appliances disgusting. There was a dirty Coke can on the window sill. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling. The window blinds were broken and could not be opened. The blinds on the back door were shredded. The few kitchen supplies were not clean. The furniture was ready for the trash. I could go on and on. Needless to say we did not stay there. We got a hotel room for the night and found another place. I sent pictures to the property manager and to VRBO, and immediately asked for a refund. VRBO has been no help, and the property manager, Plushy Host, has been putting the refund request off. They keep on saying that they are working on it. Sure! I have threatened legal action to get my money back. I have used VRBO successfully in the past but I will never use them again. Buyer beware.

Great visit!
Spacious home and great back door space. The master bathroom is very nice and a large shower. The back yard and back patio were our favorite spots to hang out!

Exceeded Expectations
The house was lovely, the location was perfect (proximity to shopping/restaurants/beaches), and the neighborhood was nice. Everything was clean and inviting, pool was warm, and the beds were comfortable.

I would not recommend. Although the listing states the property has been renovated it’s very outdated. Also, we had no hot water upon our arrival in one of the bathrooms. In the other bathroom the water was standing in the shower. I reported the problem and the owner said there was nothing they could do. Property was not cleaned well.

Il serait peut-être bon de spécifier lors de la réservation que la propriété est situé juste au-dessous du corridor aérien......assez ordinaire d'entendre les avions de 5h30 le matin jusqu'à 1h00 dans la nuit...Gros bémol du séjour :O(( ..Bienvenue pour le repos.....et nous qui avions peur de déranger le voisinage avec notre moto qui ne fais pas de bruit. Le quartier est très bruyant, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de a piscine comme noud aurions souhaiter, une chance que les amis qui nous accompagnaient en ont une chez eux, à 40 degrés, l'eau n'était pas très belle .... Nous avons chercher en vain le séchoir à cheveux sans jamais le trouver.....ainsi que les débarbouillettes (4 pour un séjour de 9 jours :O(( Nous avions déjà loué une maison en Floride par le passé, et cette fois, nous sommes moins heureux de notre choix. Une chance que la communication avec le propriétaire était bonne.

Great house!
The house was great! We loved it. It was clean and cozy. Was a little sad when I found out it was for sale cuz if I had the money I would totally buy it! The host responded pretty fast when I asked about locking the door so great communication to!

Wonderful Stay
Property was very clean and just as advertised. Contacted the host once or twice with questions and immediately received responses, which was much appreciated. The neighbors were quiet and the location convenient to the airport and Sarasota. Overall, very nice stay!
