"Very poor customer care. I reached late in the evening , no direct phone number to call and talk. Auto check in kiosk is a waste as the details entered was not accepted . Hotel had a different number so room allocation was not done automatically . For the price of euro 99 it is not worth it . Stay away in a decent hotel. "

"Clean, comfortable. For those of you in the USA, the vibe is very much like the TRU hotels. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the parking area is very small and spaces not painted, so cars were parked at random angles causing several precious spaces to be unusable and we had to wait for someone to leave before there was room to park. But otherwise I really liked it. "

"Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). Had to call an emergency number who opened the door. No apology st the reception the next morning, only after I asked for one. Hotel could have had a great...

"Lovely lobby. Nice bar, snack food could have a few more options, but the ones I had were good. Very convenient if travelling as straight across from the airport"
