This is a really nice, really clean, 1,300 SF suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa. The bus stop to Boston and Harvard Square is across the street, rapid transit takes you to all points in the city. Easy and close major highway access and free parking.
Spread out in our 1,300 square foot place. Compare this size to others, you will not be cramped in our place! Two full private bedrooms, one has a king bed, the other a queen. There's a large living room with a sleeper sofa and we supply a roll away hotel style cot. Everything is washed prior to your arrival, all the beds are stripped of sheets and comforters and washed. We supply two full sets of white, crisp, clean bath towels for each bathroom. There's two full bathrooms, each with a shower. A fully applianced kitchen with place settings for six, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We supply a coffee maker and electric tea pot, along with coffee and tea. We also supply soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion in each bath.
There's central Air Conditioning for those hot summer nights and of course central heat. The lighting is plentiful, with dimmable LED ceiling lighting throughout the entire place, and when dimmed creating a very warm environment.
There's private entry access from the sidewalk. The suite is on the second floor (not in a basement like some others) with nice views of the street below, lots of sun and many windows. There's even a small deck off the living room.
There is free off street parking for a car, if you need space for more then 1 car, please let me know. The parking space is very close to the door, so bringing luggage in is very easy.
