"Henann has great but Expedia was horrible! I bought this trip as a gift for my sister and when she got there, there was a balance on the account. Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service.
