「Great price, great cleanness」

「The hotel is well situated very near from the S-Bahn and bus stations of "Bonn Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz". Restaurants and shops are just across the street. Hotel doesn't have elevators. They serve breakfast with appropriate variety. The rooms are small but efficient. Be sure to check your arrival time because they don't man at the reception all the time.」

「Kaum Personal anwesend und abgesehen von Frühstücken keine andere Optionen um etwas zu Essen (kein Restaurant). Im Lobby gibt es ein Kaffee Maschine aber sehr schlechte Qualität Kaffee. Cappuccino war ausgesprochen slecht. Auf Schirm von der Maschine wurde angedeutet das der Milch Behälter gereinigt werden sollte und die 2 Übernachtungen dass ich da war hat sich nichts geändert! Keiner hat sich darum gekümmert und dann €3,50 pro Tasse und nur für Hälfte gefüllt. Das stimmt nicht! 」

「Receptionists learn hospitality. When I need note book, I asked them if there are selling note. Their answer is just no, and I asked them if there is a kiosk nearby. But actually I found one 2 minutes from there. If to say just no is, what is their job? Please try to help your clients. Wifi is too week, and I can’t use it from my room at all.」
