「This is a beautiful little property set in a quiet location. The property is immaculate and the host very professional and friendly It’s an ideal location to visit the north coast. Recommend visiting the rising sun pub in Altarnun which is 10 mins drive away which is a traditional Cornish pub with excellent food.」

「Overall the chalet was ok, but it is very dated, the sofa is very old with ripped cushions. The place just smells stale and dated. Having a pound meter in use is very old school and we just don’t carry change very often. So this is a pain. Would we come back.. no.」

「 Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Rand von Lansallos. Matthew ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Check in war vollkommen entspannt. Dieses Cottage kann man sehr empfehlen. Von hier aus kann man Cornwall täglich neu entdecken. 」

「The cottage was really lovely, and a wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend it. We loved being on the farm and my children loved the animals, especially the dogs and horses that would come to say hello. We loved the open plan cottage. The only thing I would mention is that I am not a confident hill driver - coming from Essex - and while I was aware of the steep road from Withiel, I wasn't aware of just how steep and single track it was. 「The property was more spacious than we were expecting, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was in good condition, and we were very comfortable. It was lovely and quiet, which was exactly what we were after for this holiday, and was the perfect base to explore the beautiful surrounding area.」

「Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay.」

「The property is clean and well maintained there are a significant amount of steps to get to it (I counted 62 in all) but the views at the top are worth it. One word of warning though, I found out to my dismay that there was no network coverage at the property so you can't access the email containing your key code to get in the property when you arrive so make a note of it beforehand. I didn't and had to walk back down all those steps to the main car park to get reception and access the email...

「Check in was easy, there was absolutely no road noise what so ever & we were left totally to our own devices throughout our stay, although the hosts were on handed if required. Welcome hamper was a nice touch. 」
